By making a purchase on www.TechMajesty.com you agree that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:
-There is only one type of subsidy unlock code for your phone, once entered your phone can be used with any sim card, and on any GSM network in the world.
-The unlock code we will supply you with is the only unlock code that exists for your phone.
-Once the unlock code is entered your phone will never re-lock even if you upgrade the software or hard reset your phone.
-Every phone only has a certain number of unlock attempts you can try before the phone is hard locked. If on first attempt your unlock code does not work, do not keep attempting to unlock, contact us immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether they have enough attempts to enter the unlock code. If your phone has zero attempts when you purchase the unlock code then your phone is already hard locked and we will NOT refund you in this case.
-If your phone's unlock code is not available through the carrier then the second option to get the unlock code is through the manufacturer. Depending on the phone's information the manufacturer unlock code will cost between eight to sixteen dollars more then the price paid for the carrier unlock code. We will inform you by email or phone if your phone requires the manufacturer unlock code and will also let you know the approximate time and additional fee required for the manufacturer unlock code.
-The time frame stated on the site for the unlock code delivery is an estimated time frame and the delivery could take longer. There are no refunds if it takes longer than the estimated time frame. -When your phone asks for an unlock code it is NOT asking for your personal SIM PIN unlock code. If you choose to enter this instead of the unlock code we supply, we will NOT refund you.
-You must include the IMEI from the phone itself and not the IMEI from the box that your phone came in.
-Please read any supplied directions carefully before attempting to unlock your phone.
-When you purchase an unlock code, it is a one shot deal that works for the IMEI process. If you need a replacement phone unlocked later you will need to purchase the service again.
-We are not responsible for helping you setup internet on your phone.
-There are no refunds given on unlock code purchases. We do not offer refunds on unlock code purchases for hardlocked devices. If the code provided is giving you an error you need to contact us within five days of placing an order. In order to qualify for a refund you need to provide the following: 1. A video of you entering the unlock code and the phone giving an error with the code we supplied. 2. In the same video you need to dial *#06# on the phone's dialer and show us the same IMEI that the order was placed for. If both of these things are not shown in the video then we will not be able to process the refund.
- Orders in process cannot be cancelled. If a dispute or chargeback is received on a order that is in process then that device is subject to being blacklisted.
-It is up to the customer to ensure the correct input of the phone’s information when purchasing. The IMEI entered into the site must be found on the phone by dialing *#06#. If the IMEI provided is later found to be incorrectly submitted by the customer there is no refund provided.
-Any customer claiming that the code was never used, or that the unlock code is no longer needed will not receive a refund.
-There are no refunds given if a customer purchases an unlock code, it is delivered, then it is claimed that they found the code elsewhere for cheaper. In addition to this there is no refund given if a customer requests a price match AFTER payment is made.
-There is a $20 cancellation fee for any TechMajesty Sim purchases that are cancelled for any reason.
-If you place an order for an iPhone factory unlock and provide the incorrect carrier that the iPhone is locked to there are no refunds.
-TechMajesty.com is not responsible for any customer hardlocking their phone. We rely solely on each customer to correctly enter all the information about their phone into the site. If a customer has miskeyed any information regarding their phone into the site & is given a wrong unlock code based on this information and thus hardlocks their phone, no refund is given. To avoid hardlocking your phone only enter the unlock code provided once,if it is not working please contact us at Support@TechMajesty.com.com so that we may resolve the issue. TechMajesty.com.com is not responsible for any further attempts to unlock your phone that result in the permanent hardlocking of the phone.
-TechMajesty.com.com does not manufacture phones, therefore no refunds are given if you break your phone, or it becomes defective due to a manufacturing error after the code is delivered or during the processing period.
-If the customer's phone has a hardware defect which keeps it from being unlocked, there will be no refunds since we have no control over the device's hardware condition.
-If the device is reported as lost or stolen and can not be unlocked due to it, then there will be no refunds since we have no control over the device being reported as lost or stolen. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether their device shows the menu to enter the unlock code.
-No refunds will be given if a customer is unsatisfied with the connection they are able to establish with the phone they are using. It is up to the customer to determine if the unlocked phone will allow access to a specific network's 3G & 4G networks. Please research all aspects of the phone before purchasing the unlock code as well as the phone, there are absolutely no refunds once the code is purchased & the aforementioned is cited for a refund.
-There are no refunds offered to any customer who has purchased an unlock code without full knowledge and understanding of what unlocking a phone means.
-Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.
